1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a FoundersForge AI Academy course or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Course Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Course seats are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. By completing payment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and billing information
- Attend sessions as scheduled
- Abide by the community conduct standards described below
3. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.
Refund eligibility: Refund requests submitted more than 7 days before the cohort start date are eligible for a full refund. Requests within 7 days of the start date or after the cohort has begun are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property
All course content, curriculum materials, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of FoundersForge Academy and its instructors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from course materials without prior written consent.
Projects and work you create during the program remain your own intellectual property.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to treat instructors and fellow students with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will result in removal from the program without refund.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our courses and materials are provided "as is." FoundersForge Academy does not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or results from completing a course. Individual results will vary based on effort, background, and market conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoundersForge Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or course materials.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled students. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
